Tim Cook deutet in einem Interview ein neues Produkt an. Viel sagt der Apple-CEO wie immer nicht, doch was er sagt, stimmt neugierig. In dem Gespräch mit The Telegraph spricht Cook über ein Produkt, das zwar durchaus in dem Bereich Gesundheit platziert ist, jedoch keine Ergänzung zur Apple Watch sein soll. „Vielleicht eine App, eventuell aber auch etwas anderes.“ Apple kann Spekulationen wecken, dass muss man dem iPhone-Hersteller schon lassen.

Konkret sagt Tim Cook folgendes: „We don’t want to put the watch through the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) process. I wouldn’t mind putting something adjacent to the watch through it, but not the watch, because it would hold us back from innovating too much, the cycles are too long. But you can begin to envision other things that might be adjacent to it — maybe an app, maybe something else.“
